1. What does NavigateIEP do?

NavigateIEP provides virtual and in-person special education advocacy, parent coaching, and consulting services. We help families understand and navigate the IEP process with confidence and clarity.

2. Who do we serve?

​

We serve families nationwide through virtual services, and we also provide in-person support in select areas. Our goal is to support any parent or guardian who needs help navigating the special education system.

3. Are you affiliated with any schools or school districts?

​

No. NavigateIEP is an independent advocacy organization. We are not affiliated with any schools, school districts, or counties. This ensures we can represent and support families without any conflicts of interest.

4. Do you offer legal services?

​

No. NavigateIEP does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our team offers educational advocacy, coaching, and consultation services. For legal matters, we recommend consulting a licensed special education attorney.

6. How are services delivered?

​

Services are offered both virtually and in-person, depending on your location and preference. We use video conferencing tools for virtual meetings and can accommodate in-person sessions by request.

 

7. How do I book a session or consultation?

​

You can request services through our website at www.goniep.com, or email us directly at navigateiep@gmail.com to discuss your needs and schedule a session.

 

8. What is our refund and cancellation policy?

​

Because our services are personalized and scheduled in advance, all sales are final. However, we understand that life happens and are flexible with rebooking and switching services when necessary.

  • You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance.
     

  • If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please email navigateiep@gmail.com and contact a team member directly.
     

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all scheduled meetings. After 15 minutes, the session may be considered a no-show, and may not be eligible for rescheduling or a credit.
