At NavigateIEP, our services are customized and scheduled in advance to meet each client’s individual needs. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to remain flexible when possible.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please email us at navigateiep@gmail.com and/or contact a team member directly.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled meetings.

After 15 minutes, your session may be considered a no-show and may not be eligible for rescheduling or a credit.
